Service Satisfaction Policy

Quality Assurance

We strive to meet or exceed customer expectations with every service. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns.

Re-cleaning Services

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, we will:

  • Return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge
  • Use alternative cleaning methods if appropriate
  • Apply additional treatments as needed
  • Work with you to achieve satisfactory results

Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds

Full refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Service was not performed as scheduled without prior notice
  • Significant damage occurred due to our negligence
  • Service was cancelled by us due to equipment failure
  • Inability to access property due to our error

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered when:

  • Only portion of scheduled service was completed
  • Service quality did not meet reasonable expectations
  • Customer cancellation with less than 24 hours notice
  • Weather-related service limitations

Refund Limitations

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Pre-existing stains or damage that cannot be improved
  • Natural wear patterns or traffic lanes
  • Color bleeding from non-colorfast dyes
  • Shrinkage of natural fiber rugs
  • Customer dissatisfaction with carpet appearance after proper cleaning
  • Longer than expected drying times due to environmental factors

Service Limitations

Our cleaning services have natural limitations that do not qualify for refunds:

  • Some stains may be permanent and cannot be completely removed
  • Heavily soiled carpets may require multiple cleanings
  • Pet odors may require specialized treatment beyond standard cleaning
  • Antique or delicate rugs may have inherent limitations

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
  2. Provide detailed description of the issue
  3. Allow us opportunity to inspect and re-clean if appropriate
  4. Submit formal refund request if issue cannot be resolved

Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund of any prepayment
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • Same day cancellation: Full trip charge may apply
  • No-show: Full service charge may apply

Company Cancellations

If we must cancel your appointment:

  • Full refund of any prepayment
  • Priority rescheduling at your convenience
  • Discount on rescheduled service if applicable

Emergency Services

Emergency water extraction services have different terms:

  • Emergency response fee is non-refundable
  • Service charges apply for work performed
  • Insurance claims may affect refund eligibility
  • Documentation provided for insurance purposes

Commercial Services

Commercial cleaning contracts may have specific refund terms:

  • Contract terms supersede general refund policy
  • Partial refunds for incomplete service areas
  • Service credits may be offered instead of cash refunds
  • Recurring service adjustments available

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:
