  • Emergency water extraction

Service Terms

Scheduling and Appointments

  • All services must be scheduled in advance
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Emergency services may be available outside normal business hours

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Returned checks will incur a $35 fee
  • Commercial clients may be offered net 30 payment terms with approved credit

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best service experience, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about carpet/rug condition and history
  • Removing fragile and valuable items from cleaning areas
  • Ensuring clear access to all areas to be cleaned
  • Informing us of any previous cleaning attempts or treatments
  • Providing adequate parking and electrical access for equipment

Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Limitations

While we strive for excellent results, certain limitations apply to our services:

  • Some stains may be permanent and cannot be completely removed
  • Color bleeding or fading may occur with certain dyes or fabrics
  • Pre-existing damage may become more apparent after cleaning
  • Drying times may vary based on humidity, temperature, and airflow

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that all stains can be removed or that carpets will be restored to original condition.

Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance for customer protection.

Customer Property

While we take care to protect your property, customers should remove or secure valuable items. We are not responsible for items left in cleaning areas or for pre-existing damage to furniture or property.

Health and Safety

We use professional-grade, EPA-approved cleaning products. Customers with allergies or sensitivities should inform us prior to service. We recommend keeping children and pets away from cleaned areas until fully dry.

Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a service charge
  • No-show appointments will be charged a trip fee
  • Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

  1. Direct communication with our management team
  2. Mediation if necessary
  3. Binding arbitration in Woodbury County, Iowa

Privacy and Confidentiality

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Woodbury County, Iowa.
